2013 音楽まとめ / music digest

コンバンハ、ほたかです。
やっとの事で、今年の曲まとめの動画が完成したので公開。
長かった…とにかくお楽しみいただけたら幸いです。

以下、簡単な曲コメント。(制作裏話は創作Noteへ)

Good evening!
At last I had completed my first video clip… “2013 digest”, video for the cross fade mix of my music works this year. It was so long way for me… anyway, I am happy if you enjoy with it.

Here are some comments for each tune below:

■ SonaScape (0:00 – 1:05)

オープニング専用 (未完)。
このイントロのみの状態で既にPCが凄い音を出し、演奏の遅延が激しすぎて。
歌詞を乗っけるつもりだった。かけないのに。
Studio One で作り直そうか検討中…

■ S1-II (1:06 – 1:39)

Studio One で作った２曲目。ループ曲。タイトル困ったのでそのまま。
小学生の頃、よくピアノで弾き鳴らしていたフレーズをベースに楽しい感じに。

■ SmallTown (1:36 – 2:11)

スイスで作った曲。基板は良いですね、ずっと眺めていられます。
永遠の祭。小さな街は、いつでもそばに。

■ Chemtest_e (2:10 – 2:56)

チェンバロメインの試作曲を、最近のスタイルにしたやつ。サイバー礼拝堂。
タイトルがスペルミスによるもの…ってのは既出ネタ。ｼｮﾎﾞﾝ

■ FancyFight (Chord_01) (2:55 – 3:32)

和音に気をつけて作ってみよう！の記念すべき公開第一作。
嬉しい反響を頂き、以後調子に乗ることになったのである。
有難き幸せ。

■ ePortent (Chord_03) (3:30 – 4:09)

前兆。良くない方の兆し。中々イメージが湧かない曲。
タイトル画面次の、キャラセレクト画面用…とも思ったが、ちょっと違うかも。
起承転結の「承→転」直後のステージとか。

■ SkyDrive (Chord_04) (4:08 – 4:46)

後半、本来中世欧州の城をイメージして作ってた曲を、なぜかこんなアレンジにしてしまった。
某社某サービスとは無関係。

■ QuietWhite (Chord_05) (4:45 – 5:27)

雪と氷。白。静か。でも、どこかあたたかい空間。
果たしてMCにこんなステージあるのか分からないが、コードのリクエストを頂いて出来た。

■ MicroConqueror (Chord_08) (5:26 – 6:04)

まさに「MicroConqueror」をゲーム化した際の、タイトル画面想定で制作。
シリアスSciFiっぽいのを…と。8/6拍子は、シンボルマークの６角形。

■ SpeedUp (Chord_09) (6:03 – 6:34)

BPM=256 というのを作ってみたかったんだ。
イメージはとにかく急ぐ感じだが、特に「教会の時計塔のような、螺旋階段を駆け上がる」。

■ LunarPulse (Chord_11) (6:32 – 7:24)

折角だし、曲にちょっとしたステージとストーリーをつけてみるのを始めた。
後半メロディの電子音は、まっすぐ透き通った月の光のイメージ。不安→希望。

■ CelestialChannels (Chord_12) (7:23- 8:16)

宇宙への畏怖と憧れを表現。
メロディありもなしも気に入ってたので、どちらも入っているという有様。
ただし気に入ってるだけにミックスにもっと注意したくて、今もたまに弄っている。

■ SakuraNight 2013 (8:14 – 8:50)

エンディング専用 (未完)。お決まりサクラナイト。
講座をもとに、Studio One (Free) でトランス風に挑戦。音色弄ったり調整中。

以上13曲詰め合わせ。来年も作れたら良いな。

■ SonaScape (0:00 – 1:05)

Just for the opening… actually not completed yet. My current PC environment seems not to be sufficient for continuing composing… (I had wished to have lyrics on it)

the 2nd tune composed with Studio One. the title means it. The base (bass) of this tune is the phrase once I had played with piano when I was an elementary school student. The bigger dots on the right side are expressing this base (bass).

■ SmallTown (1:36 – 2:11)

This is my memory in Switzerland – when I saw some printed circuit boards in the broken TVs, I felt there were tiny towns.
“- it is perhaps, the endless festival.”

■ Chemtest_e (2:10 – 2:56)

It is the arranged version of the tune with harpsichord. a cyber chapel.
(Once I had misunderstood that the music instrument harpsichord was called “Cembalo” in English – it was actually German name and this is perhaps more popular for Japanese people – and I had spelled it “Chembalo”… this mistake was the reason of this strange title ;_; )

■ FancyFight (Chord_01) (2:55 – 3:32)

From this tune, I have started to be more cautious of “chords” when I compose (this is the reason of former title). Fortunately, I received some cheerful responses and was really encouraged. Thanks!

■ ePortent (Chord_03) (3:30 – 4:09)

First I had no idea about the image of this tune… maybe small emergency, omen (not good), …

■ SkyDrive (Chord_04) (4:08 – 4:46)

This is the arranged version of my old tune which composed with the image of medieval castle.
(I have no relation with certain company nor their service!)

■ QuietWhite (Chord_05) (4:45 – 5:27)

Snow and ice, white, quiet – but warm somehow.
This was composed with the request of chord.

■ MicroConqueror (Chord_08) (5:26 – 6:04)

Exactly this tune was composed with the image of a serious SciFi, fake game.
The sextuple time symbolizes the hexagon – which is the important figure for the world of this fake game.

■ SpeedUp (Chord_09) (6:03 – 6:34)

I wanted to compose “BPM=256” one.
Its image is hurrying up of course, but especially “climbing up the flight of stairs of an old tower (like dungeon! evil church, clock tower… )”. (Um? but the video clip is…)

■ LunarPulse (Chord_11) (6:32 – 7:24)

From this tune I have started to combine the stories, images and music.
the pulse-like sound in the 2nd half means the straight and clear moonlight.
Anxiety to Hope.

■ CelestialChannels (Chord_12) (7:23- 8:16)

it expresses my (and character’s) fear and admiration for space.
I like both on-melody and off-melody version, so I put them together in it. (However I believe I can mix it much better – actually still now sometimes I edit it with mixing software.. because it is my favorite.)

■ SakuraNight 2013 (8:14 – 8:50)

Also just for the ending. My favorite tune “sakura night”, trance version.
I am continuing modifying tones, sounds, balance, etc.
